The new Nintendo DSi now has 5 brightness settings to compensate for outdoor playing.With all these new screen-related features, the battery life was shortened. The usual game time of a single charge is 15-19 hours. The new iteration now only has 9-14. Still, those numbers are better than the Sony PSP's 5 hour game time.
